Crude oil water content rapid determination instrument, referred to as the determination instrument, can quickly measure the water content of crude oil. 1. This instrument adopts high-temperature alkali-free heating inner sleeve flameless heating, which features fast heating, low power, uniform heating, and high efficiency.

2. Magnetic stirring, using closed magnetic stirring, shortens the sample preparation time and avoids bumping, achieving the purpose of rapid oil-water separation.

3. LCD screen microcomputer control, Chinese display menu, simple and easy to learn, stable performance, and simple operation. The microcomputer controls every step of the process, temperature, cooling, magnetic field stirring, sensor position, and running time in the entire workflow. Up to 12 samples can be processed at a time.

4. Simple operation, just press the [OK] button on the control panel to run.

5. The microcomputer host can control 12 samples at once or control each hole individually and can be adjusted according to user needs (number of sample holes).

6. Anti-bumping:

This function uses an electronic temperature control sensor with high sensitivity and long service life. Set the anti-bumping temperature in the [Temperature Setting] window in the menu. During sampling, when the distilled light components exceed the set anti-bumping temperature, the instrument will automatically stop heating, and the cooling system will start cooling until the temperature of the distilled light components drops below the set anti-bumping temperature. Then, the instrument will automatically resume operation until sampling is complete.

7. Automatic cooling:

After completion of the work, the distillation flask after sampling is at a high temperature, making sampling and pouring inconvenient and easy to cause burns. This machine uses an automatic cold air cooling function, effectively solving the problem of inconvenient high-temperature sampling.

9. A pure water refrigeration-type circulating water tower can be additionally equipped with a single machine. It prevents the glassware from turning yellow and scaling, and solves the problem of lack of water in field operations without tap water pipelines.

10. The WHD-6V single machine can be additionally equipped with a rapid crude oil dilution instrument and a warm air pipe to dry the condenser. In order to avoid the influence of external cold air on the receiver, a temperature protection device is equipped, which solves the phenomenon of premature condensation of water vapor and water droplets backflow, achieving the purpose of rapid water evaporation. The crude oil water content meter is equipped with a hot air flow rapid constant temperature dilution instrument, which can heat 6 samples at a time and dry the glass.
