    The sensor of the online monitoring instrument uses microwave technology, which significantly surpasses other water sensors in terms of resolution, range, and reliability, making it a reliable instrument for detecting water content in oil.

    The online monitoring instrument's in-line insertion oil moisture sensor is easy to install; simply insert it into the pipeline, saving time and effort without the need for a large sampling device. Its resolution can be as high as 10ppm (0.001%), and the range can be arbitrarily selected between 0.1% and 100%, making it widely applicable and fully meeting our requirements.

    The microwaves emitted by the antenna of the online monitoring instrument's sensor probe pass through the substance being tested, and some are absorbed by the water molecules in the substance. The amount of water causes changes in the frequency and phase of the total amount of microwaves absorbed by the substance, which depends on the water content of the substance. The microwaves travel through the substance to the receiving antenna and are converted into low-frequency signals on the circuit board. Then, the signal from the detector is input to the control unit, and converted into the measured water content of the substance being measured through predetermined calibration constants. The measured water content of the substance is displayed on the display or computer screen via the RS485 interface.

    The online monitoring instrument sensor is suitable for installation in pipelines, tanks, or reactors, etc.

    The sensor probe is suitable for general grinding media. The sensor probe is made of stainless steel. Microwaves are emitted and form an electromagnetic field through a special material electromagnetic rod. The cable inside the probe is made of PTFA and can withstand high temperatures of 100°C. If higher temperatures are required, it can be customized according to the situation.

    ★ After unpacking, check the accessories, parts, and attachments against the order contract and packing list. Verify that the packing list matches the items, conforms to the order contract, and meets the required specifications and quality.

    ★ The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase (based on the invoice date).

    ★ The warranty becomes valid once the user completes and mails the registration card to our company.

    ★ During the warranty period, if the instrument malfunctions under normal use, our company will provide free repair service with the product warranty card. However, damage caused by floods, fires, earthquakes, or other disasters is not covered by this warranty.

    ★ During the warranty period, under any of the following circumstances, our company will charge for materials and repairs as appropriate.

    1. After the warranty period of one year has expired.

    2. If the product warranty card is not presented or does not match the contents of the product warranty card.

    3. Damage caused by failure to follow the operating procedures and environmental requirements specified in the user manual.
