On-site debugging:
Sampling, testing, and comparison
Please note the following points regarding the accuracy of instrument debugging:
The instrument has been calibrated before leaving the factory. Please do not easily change the built-in data.
When sampling, the instrument value fluctuates slightly, within the range of ±2% and lasting more than 5 seconds.
Open the sampling valve for 5 seconds before sampling; simultaneously observe the instrument reading. If the fluctuation is large, it should be discarded. A minimum of 2-3 samples should be taken.
If the water content range is large, samples must be taken at different water content points, with the larger the span the better.
Standardize the sample preparation time and extend it as much as possible.
Only one of distillation and electric dehydration can be selected as the comparison standard.
After the sample is tested, the median value should be taken as the effective data.
