Main Features:

Installation Instructions:
1. Install the refrigeration circulating water unit horizontally in a well-ventilated indoor location. Leave sufficient space around the unit to prevent corrosion and contamination, and to facilitate operation and maintenance.
2. Connect the water pipes according to the refrigeration circulating water installation diagram. The chilled water and cooling water should be kept separate. The water system piping should avoid changes in direction to prevent reduced water pressure. The cooling water pipes should be insulated to prevent heat loss. Ensure the entire water system is properly connected before starting the unit.
3. The unit's pre-installed water pipe connection diameter is the standard chilled water diameter. When using remote transmission, it is recommended to use the same specification or one size smaller water pipe for connection. If the water pipe diameter is less than half the standard chilled water diameter, contact the manufacturer to determine if installation is possible; otherwise, the water pump and compressor may be damaged.
4. This unit uses a three-phase five-wire or single-phase three-wire system. Please select the power cord according to the current value using national standard wires.
5. This unit has undergone rigorous testing before leaving the factory. Users only need to connect the water pipes and power cord according to the wiring diagram.

Operation Instructions (Maintenance):
1. The chilled water pump must not be operated without water in the tank.
2. Avoid repeatedly switching the power switch. Turn off the main power when the equipment is not in use for extended periods.
3. When the chilled water temperature reaches the set temperature, the compressor will automatically stop running. This is normal.
4. When the unit is running, pay attention to the pressure gauge readings. Use the following as judgment standards: water-cooled high pressure not exceeding 20 kg/cm2, air-cooled high pressure not exceeding 24 kg/cm2, and low pressure not less than 2.0 kg/cm2. Excessively high or low readings indicate a precursor to a malfunction or improper use. Please check promptly or notify the manufacturer.
5. The condenser and evaporator of the refrigeration circulating water unit usually require cleaning after a period of use.
6. If the refrigeration circulating water is used for a period of time, the pump impeller may be solidified by dirt. When restarting, you must use a screwdriver to move the fan blade on the motor rear cover to prevent the impeller from jamming and burning out the motor.
7. The ideal operating temperature for the refrigeration circulating water is 7-12℃, with an operating range of 5-35℃. If the water temperature exceeds 35℃ at startup, high-temperature protection will occur, and the compressor overload relay will trip. In severe cases, the fuse may melt and burst.
8. Chilled water systems are highly specialized mechanical equipment and should be used and maintained by professional technicians. Non-professional personnel should not operate or repair the equipment to avoid danger.
