The DXTS-500 series intelligent crude oil rapid dehydrator uses high-speed mechanical grinding and ultrasonic emulsification to thoroughly solve the problem of water-in-oil, especially for difficult-to-dehydrate heavy oil. It addresses issues such as high light component content in light crude oil, good oil quality, easy volatilization and loss of light components, and easy sample flushing. The instrument uses a reduced heating rate and a three-stage cooling water system to completely control the loss of light components and the problem of easy sample flushing. For some oil fields with serious problems of salt and sand content in crude oil, this instrument uses low-temperature dehydration and bottom-of-kettle heat reduction to reduce the sintering and agglomeration of salt and sand.
It abandons the various shortcomings of current market samplers, and has carried out innovative research on product structure, dehydration speed, and cooling circulating water, making it an ideal product for crude oil dehydration.

Instrument Maintenance and Precautions:
The performance of the instrument, besides the instrument's structure itself, is inseparable from proper maintenance, correct operation, and standardized sampling methods.
Sampling Precautions:
1. The instrument should be kept clean inside and out. It must be wiped clean during shift changes, and dirt inside the instrument should be removed regularly.
2. Oil-water separator: The oil-water separator must be cleaned once a month.
Cleaning method: First, turn off the power, open the back door, loosen the pipe thread below the separator with pipe pliers, drain the water, rinse with hot water, rinse out the oil stains in the separator, wrap the pipe thread with sealant tape, and tighten the pipe thread after cleaning.
3. Replace the drain ball valve every 12 months. Add heat transfer oil once.
4. Add grease to the stirring motor every three months.
5. Major overhaul every 18 months.
6. Tighten the instrument connector threads every two months.
7. Listen to the sound frequently to identify any unusual noises.
8. Regularly measure and check the heat transfer oil to ensure the oil level is normal.
9. Replace the water pipe annually.
