Installation and operation:
1. The installation location of the cleaning machine should meet the following conditions:

2. Placing the cleaning machine:
After placing the cleaning machine firmly, connect the power cord, turn on the power switch, and the LCD screen displays the menu. Then immediately turn off the power switch. Then add tap water, [one way is to open the top cover and add water directly into the cleaning tank. Another way is to connect the tap water for automatic water addition.] Add water until it overflows from the oil overflow port.
Note: For the first use, add water before powering on; to prevent the instrument from dry burning.

Equipment Maintenance and Precautions:
The performance of the equipment is inseparable from proper maintenance, correct operation, and standardized sampling methods, in addition to the instrument's own structure. The equipment should be kept clean inside and out. It must be wiped clean during shift changes, and the dirt inside the instrument should be removed regularly.
①The crude oil filter must be cleaned once a month.
②Check the hydraulic oil every 6 months.
③Tighten all threaded connections on the instrument once a month.
④Listen to the sound frequently to identify any unusual noises.
⑤Regularly measure whether the crude oil sampling volume is standard.
⑥If the power supply in the working environment is unstable, please install a voltage regulator, and the power supply should be reliably grounded.
⑦The instrument and environment should be kept clean and dry.
