Intelligent Distillation Apparatus

I. Product Overview

  This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China standard GB/T6536 "Determination of Petroleum Product Distillation". It is suitable for the distillation determination of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, solvents with special boiling points, naphtha, diesel fuel, distillate fuels and similar petroleum products according to the GB/T6536 standard.

II. Functions and Features

1. Stainless steel bath, single-chip microcomputer precise digital display pressure control electric furnace heating, the instrument has a built-in time timing alarm system and lighting system, reliable and durable. Built-in imported Danfoss compressor refrigeration from Germany, bath motor stirring, intelligent PID digital display temperature control: 0~60℃ temperature control accuracy: ±0.1℃.
2. The digital display shows the voltage, the voltage is controlled according to the single-chip microcomputer program, the heating power is adjusted, an imported compressor is built-in for refrigeration, and a stirring motor is added to the bath for stirring, so that the temperature in the bath is uniform. The PID digital display temperature controller controls the bath temperature, stainless steel bath, temperature control range: 0~90℃, temperature control accuracy: ±1℃. The receiving device uses an organic glass rectangular bath, placed on a stainless steel seat that can be adjusted with upper and lower knobs, and the back panel of the receiving device has lighting for easy observation and reading of the recovered volume.
