    I: Product Use: This instrument adopts a single-tube modular structure, using a low-voltage, centralized direct distillation heating method, a small-circulation block cold bath thermostat, an imported infrared cylinder reading system, an automatic constant temperature recovery chamber, and a multi-single-chip microcomputer main control unit. It also features automatic real-time detection and automatic correction of atmospheric pressure, making it powerful, stable, and reliable. With imported temperature sensors and an internationally advanced CNC optical detection system, it can automatically complete the distillation range of gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene, fuel oil, naphtha, distillate fuels, and similar petroleum products, volatile solvents, aromatics, and other mineral oils under normal pressure.

    III. Main Features:
      • Fully automatic control, dual-tube.
    • Distillation programs can be arbitrarily retrieved, modified, saved, set, and added infinitely; keyboard control, program control, and multiple modes are easy to operate.
    • Experimental Results: Experimental results can be stored infinitely, viewed and printed at any time. A built-in miniature thermal printer automatically reports the test results and performs comparisons and calculations of the repeatability and reproducibility of multiple distillation results;
    • Four termination methods: endpoint termination, temperature and volume termination, and an additional dry point termination method;
    • Using the rapid method, the condenser temperature can be switched between cold and hot, and hot and cold, within seconds.
    • The temperature in the receiving chamber can be adjusted between 0℃ and 60℃ to prevent wax formation;
    • Automatic flame detection with automatic nitrogen fire extinguishing function;
    • Features simulated display functions for steam temperature, heating temperature, condenser temperature, cylinder bath temperature, and cylinder receiving volume;
    • Correction function: Atmospheric pressure, steam temperature, sensors, and cylinders can be calibrated;

    • Consists of a digital temperature controller, stainless steel heater, new refrigeration compressor, and electric stirrer to form a constant temperature bath. The temperature inside the bath is uniform and fully meets the requirements of the test.
    • Special structural design enables fast cooling; the bath temperature can drop from room temperature to 0℃ in approximately 50 minutes.
    • Uses a special heating furnace design to ensure test safety; heating power is continuously adjustable to meet test requirements.
    • The bath temperature of the petroleum product distillation tester is achieved through dynamic thermal equilibrium technology, which has the advantages of fast response speed and high temperature control accuracy.
