1. Do not move or open the door of the instrument while it is running.
2. The instrument should be placed on a firm and level surface. All four rubber feet should be in contact with the surface and evenly distribute the weight to prevent vibration.
3. The liquid in the centrifuge tubes should be balanced. Large differences in liquid levels will cause significant vibration during operation. Stop the machine and check the liquid levels to ensure they meet the requirements. Centrifuge tubes must be placed in even, symmetrical pairs.
4. If a centrifuge tube breaks during operation, it will cause significant vibration. Stop the machine immediately and address the issue.
5. The time interval between stopping and restarting the machine should not be less than 5 minutes to prevent compressor stalling and damage.
6. After each centrifugation, the rotor must be removed. Leaving it on the shaft for extended periods may cause it to rust and become impossible to remove, resulting in the entire machine being scrapped.
7. The power supply must be grounded.
8. The service life of this machine's rotor is five years. The rotor should be replaced after this period.
9. All rotors must not exceed their maximum speed.
