Intelligent rapid oil dehydration instrument

The DXTS-II crude oil dehydrator was launched primarily to address the large workload of oilfield crude oil dehydration and the need for accurate and timely data on the analysis of various components of crude oil, thus completing the first step of dehydration. For difficult-to-dehydrate heavy oil, this instrument uses high-speed mechanical grinding and ultrasonic emulsification to completely solve the problem of water-in-oil. For light oils with many light components, good oil quality, easy volatilization and loss of light components, and easy sample flushing, this instrument uses a reduced heating rate and a three-stage cooling water system to completely control the loss of light components and the problem of easy sample flushing. For some oilfields with serious problems of salt and sand content in crude oil, this instrument uses low-temperature dehydration and bottom reduction heating methods to reduce the sintering and agglomeration of salt and sand.

  • Instrument Maintenance and Precautions:

    The performance of the instrument, in addition to the instrument's own structure, is inseparable from proper maintenance, correct operation, and standardized sampling methods.

    Sampling Precautions:

    The instrument should be kept clean inside and out. It must be wiped clean during shift changes, and dirt inside the instrument should be removed regularly.

    Oil-water separator: The oil-water separator must be cleaned once a month.

    Cleaning method: First turn off the power, open the back door, loosen the pipe thread below the separator with pipe pliers, drain the water, rinse with hot water, rinse out the oil stains in the separator, wrap the pipe thread with sealing tape, and tighten the pipe thread after cleaning.

    a. Replace the oil drain ball valve every 12 months. Add heat transfer oil once.

    b. Add grease to the stirring motor every three months.

    c. Conduct a major overhaul every 18 months.

    d. Tighten the instrument connector threads every two months.

    e. Listen to the sound frequently to identify any unusual noises.

    f. Regularly measure and check the heat transfer oil to ensure the oil level is normal.

    g. Replace the water pipe annually.

    Unpacking and Inspection:

    After the instrument arrives, it should be placed in a suitable location, and the outside of the packing box should be carefully inspected to ensure that the instrument was not damaged during transportation. If there is obvious damage to the packing box, the relevant departments and manufacturers should be notified, and then the next step should be considered.

    After unpacking, according to the order contract and packing list, the accessories, parts, and attachments that should be included with the instrument should be checked one by one to verify that the packing list matches the items, that it is consistent with the order contract, and that the specifications and quality are qualified.

    The quality assurance period is one year from the date of purchase (based on the date of the purchase invoice).

    The quality assurance certificate is considered valid once the user completes the user registration card and mails it to our company.

    During the quality assurance period, if a malfunction occurs during normal use of the instrument, our company will provide free repair service with the product warranty card. However, damage caused by floods, fires, earthquakes, or other irresistible disasters is not covered by this warranty.

    During the quality assurance period, if any of the following situations occur, our company will charge for materials and repairs as appropriate.

    a. After the warranty period of one year has expired.

    b. Failure to present the product warranty card or inconsistency with the contents of the product warranty card.

    c. Damage caused by failure to follow the operating procedures and environmental conditions indicated in the user manual.
