Online sampler

The DXYQ explosion-proof online crude oil sampler is designed and manufactured in accordance with the actual on-site sampling of crude oil (pipeline, ship, and road transport loading and unloading) and the ISO3171 and SY/T5317-2006 standards. It abandons the various shortcomings of current samplers on the market, and conducts innovative research in product structure, sample collection, and sample preservation. It is a patented product for crude oil sampling. It is suitable for sample collection in crude oil pipeline transportation and ship and road transport loading and unloading, and particularly meets the requirements of accurate measurement at the crude oil trade pipeline interface. High water content causes the oil-water mixing state in the pipeline at the sampling probe to be unsatisfactory. Even if a static mixer is installed upstream of the probe, the minimum requirements for automatic sampling cannot be met, resulting in loss of sample representativeness. The DXYQ crude oil automatic sampler adopts a symmetrical layout with two oil inlets. The two oil inlets move up and down reciprocally relative to the fluid flow, and the samples taken cover all the oil from the top to the bottom of the pipe, solving the bottleneck problem affecting the automatic sampling of high-water-content pipeline crude oil.

  • Instrument maintenance and upkeep:

    Instrument maintenance and precautions

    The performance of an instrument is inseparable from proper maintenance, correct operation, and standardized sampling methods, in addition to the instrument's own structure.

    Precautions for the sampling instrument:

    1) The instrument should be kept clean inside and out. It must be wiped clean during shift changes, and dirt inside the instrument should be removed regularly.

    2) The crude oil filter must be cleaned twice a month.

    3) Check the hydraulic oil every 6 months.

    4) Tighten all threaded connections on the instrument once a month.

    5) Listen to the sound frequently to identify any unusual noises.

    6) Regularly measure whether the crude oil sampling volume is standard.

    Unpacking and inspection

    After the instrument arrives, it should be placed in a suitable location. Carefully check the outside of the packing box to ensure that the instrument was not damaged during transportation. If there is obvious damage to the packing box, notify the relevant departments and manufacturer, and then proceed to the next step. After unpacking, check the accessories, parts, and attachments according to the order contract and packing list, one by one, to check if the packing list matches the items, whether it is consistent with the order contract, and whether the specifications and quality are qualified.

    Quality assurance

    (1) The quality assurance period is one year from the date of purchase (based on the date of the purchase invoice).

    (2) The quality assurance certificate is considered valid once the user completes the user registration card and mails it to our company.

    (3) During the quality assurance period, if a malfunction occurs during normal use of the instrument, our company will be responsible for providing free repair services with the product warranty card. However, damage caused by floods, fires, earthquakes, or other irresistible disasters is not covered by this warranty.

    (4) During the quality assurance period, if any of the following situations occur, our company will charge for materials and repairs as appropriate.

    A. After the warranty period of one year, if the product warranty card is not presented or the content of the product warranty card does not match;

    B. Damage caused by use that does not follow the operating procedures and environment indicated in the user manual;

    C. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, expansion, or modification;

    D. Damage caused by repairs performed by personnel other than our company's technicians.

    (5) This quality assurance certificate is only applicable to mainland China.

    (1) Correct usage and proper maintenance help extend the service life of the instrument. Please use it strictly according to the methods in this manual.

    (2) When the power supply in the working environment is unstable, please install a voltage regulator. The power supply should be reliably grounded.

    (3) The instrument and environment should be kept clean and dry at all times.

    (4) If the instrument malfunctions, please contact the dealer or our company immediately.
