The heating device of existing crude oil water content testers is generally an electric heating mantle, which is made by winding glass fiber on resistance wires. However, the traditional electric heating mantle heating method has the following problems: the heating wire is not isolated from the outside world, so the insulation resistance is greatly affected by the ambient humidity, especially after the electric heating mantle enters water, the insulation resistance is very low, easily causing electric shock; the resistance wire is prone to short circuits when damp, causing sparking and easily causing fires, and with the presence of crude oil, there is a great risk of explosion; the electric heating mantle is not oxidation-resistant or corrosion-resistant, resulting in a shorter service life; and glass fiber droplets are easily generated in the air during use, harming human health.
In addition, the existing crude oil water content tester has multiple contact switches on the workbench, such as start switch, heating switch, and control switch. These switches all have switch contacts, so that sparks are easily generated when switching, which are easily affected by moisture and leakage, causing harm to people, and the generated sparks can easily ignite crude oil, leading to explosions. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a crude oil water content tester with fast heating efficiency, long service life, and that is not easy to spark and is explosion-proof.
Based on the latest standards such as GB/T 8929-2006 Determination of Water Content in Crude Oil (Distillation Method) and GB 3836.1-2010 Explosive Atmospheres Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment, our company has comprehensively upgraded and transformed the crude oil water content tester - the explosion-proof crude oil water content tester was thus born.

Unpacking Inspection and Warranty:
★ Upon arrival, the instrument should be placed in a suitable location. Carefully inspect the outer packaging to ensure that the instrument was not damaged during transport. If there is obvious damage to the packaging, notify the relevant departments and the manufacturer, and then proceed to the next step as appropriate.
★ After unpacking, check the accessories, parts, and attachments against the order contract and packing list. Verify that the packing list matches the items, conforms to the order contract, and meets the required specifications and quality.
★ The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase (based on the invoice date).
★ The warranty becomes valid once the user completes and mails the registration card to our company.
★ During the warranty period, if the instrument malfunctions under normal use, our company will provide free repair service with the product warranty card. However, damage caused by floods, fires, earthquakes, or other disasters is not covered by this warranty.
★ During the warranty period, under any of the following circumstances, our company will charge for materials and repairs as appropriate.
1. After the warranty period of one year has expired.
2. If the product warranty card is not presented or does not match the contents of the product warranty card.
3. Damage caused by failure to follow the operating procedures and environmental requirements specified in the user manual.
