The Crude Oil Water Content Rapid Determination Instrument, referred to as the determination instrument, can quickly measure the mass water content of crude oil through distillation. The DXZN series crude oil water content rapid determination instrument is a latest type, fully automatic microcomputer LCD display crude oil water content determination device. Based on the latest national distillation method determination standard, our company has developed the DXZN-1000 series crude oil water content rapid determination instrument on the basis of producing the DXZN-500 series, which conforms to the GB/8929-88 standard. It not only overcomes the shortcomings of traditional water content determination instruments, such as inconvenient temperature control, easy sample flushing, high energy consumption, low efficiency, long time, insecurity, and inaccurate water content determination.
The rapid crude oil water content determination instrument, referred to as the determination instrument, can quickly measure the mass water content of crude oil using the distillation method. Based on the latest national distillation method determination standard, our company has developed the DXZN-1000 series rapid crude oil water content determination instrument on the basis of the DXZN-500 series, which conforms to the GB/8929-88 standard. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional water content determination instruments, such as poor temperature control, easy sample splashing, high energy consumption, low efficiency, long time, insecurity, and inaccurate water content determination.
This product has been tested by experts from major oil fields in China, and it is considered that the instrument has stable performance, complete functions, high degree of automation, safety, energy saving, and easy operation. It is a reliable instrument for petrochemical refineries, oilfield production plants, gathering and transportation stations, research units, and oil field laboratories.
Usage characteristics:
1. This instrument uses high-temperature, alkali-free heating inner sleeve without open flame heating, featuring fast heating, low power consumption, uniform heating, and high efficiency.
2. Magnetic stirring uses closed magnetic stirring, which shortens the sample preparation time and avoids bumping, achieving rapid oil-water separation.
3. LCD screen microcomputer control, Chinese display menu, simple and easy to learn, stable performance, and easy operation. The microcomputer controls every step of the process, temperature, cooling, magnetic field stirring, sensor position, and running time in the entire workflow. Up to 12 samples can be processed at once.
4. Simple operation, just press the [OK] button on the control panel to run.
5. The microcomputer host can control 12 samples at once or control each hole individually, and can be adjusted according to user needs (number of sample holes).
6. Anti-bumping:
This function uses an electronic temperature control sensor with high sensitivity and long service life. Set the anti-bumping temperature in the [Temperature Setting] window in the menu. During sampling, when the distilled light components exceed the set anti-bumping temperature, the instrument will automatically stop heating, and the cooling system will start cooling until the temperature of the distilled light components drops below the set anti-bumping temperature, and the instrument will automatically resume operation until the sampling is completed.
7. Automatic cooling:
After completion, the distillation flask is hot after sampling, making sampling and pouring inconvenient and easy to cause burns. This machine uses an automatic cold air cooling function, effectively solving the problem of inconvenient high-temperature sampling.

☆Insert the power cord into the power socket at the rear of the water content instrument. Align the aviation plug of the temperature sensor with the concave-convex notches, insert it into the socket at the rear of the water content instrument, and tighten the fixing screws; insert the anti-bumping sensor into the inside of the sample condenser tube.
☆Correct usage and proper maintenance will help extend the service life of the instrument. Please use it strictly according to the methods in this manual.
☆When the power supply of the working environment is unstable, please install a voltage regulator, and the power supply should be reliably grounded.
☆The instrument and environment should be kept clean and dry. If the instrument malfunctions, please contact the dealer or our company in time.

Unpacking Inspection and Warranty:
★Upon arrival, the instrument should be placed in a suitable location. Carefully inspect the outer packaging to ensure the instrument was not damaged during transport. If there is obvious damage to the packaging, notify the relevant departments and the manufacturer, and then proceed to the next step as appropriate.
★After unpacking, check the accessories, parts, and attachments against the order contract and packing list. Verify that the packing list matches the items, conforms to the order contract, and meets the required specifications and quality.
★The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase (based on the invoice date).
★The warranty becomes valid once the user completes and mails the registration card to our company.
★During the warranty period, if the instrument malfunctions under normal use, our company will provide free repair service with the product warranty card. However, damage caused by floods, fires, earthquakes, or other disasters is not covered by this warranty.
★During the warranty period, under any of the following circumstances, our company will charge for materials and repairs as appropriate.
1. After the warranty period of one year has expired.
2. If the product warranty card is not presented or does not match the contents of the product warranty card.
3. Damage caused by failure to follow the operating procedures and environmental requirements specified in the user manual.
4. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, expansion, or modification.
5. Damage caused by repairs performed by non-company technicians.
6. This warranty is only valid in mainland China.
